Coming on to the food, we were served the following of which, being a vegetarian, I am reviewing only the Veg dishes....
Appetizer:
French onion soup - Caramalized onions, garlic, salt and pepper served gratinéed with croutons and loaded cheese on top made this soup a great appetizer for the evening! Though, a suggestion that the croutons should be a bit small.
Starters: Veg Quiches: Mushroom Cheese Quiche, Creamy Veg Quiches, Cottage Cheese Grilled Quiche - A savoury, crumbling textured starter with assorted topping was one of the best in servings. My personal favourite was Creamy Veg. It was soft yet crunchy.

  • Non Veg Quiches: Herb chicken quiche, Chicken grilled quiches
  • Chicken shahi Akbari Cashewnut
  • Mutton Shammi Kebab and Chicken cashew nut
  • Herb Paneer Kebab- Paneer was soft and had green marination. It was rich and bit sweet and was not much popular.
  • Rajma Tikki - Making Rajma tikki was the idea of having the feel of non-veg for vegetarians. I found it a bit dry though it was cooked perfectly but some flavour was missing!
  • Babycorn fingers - Super delectable preparations. Babycorn was deepfried and sometimes, that sin of having calories is not bad! huh!?
  • Schezwan Mushrooms - Mushrooms with chinese flavour is a deadly combination. Mushrooms were crunchy mixed with green bell peppers and onion and blended in sweet and savory schezwan sauce. It had a long lasting flavour on my taste palate!
Pizzas
  • Mushroom Barbeque - The secret to perfect grilled pizza is the crust. We were served perfectly baked grilled pizza with Mushrooms, Corn, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, and Mozarella Cheese. It was super yum. If weren't stuffed already, I would have ordered it again! :)
  • Chicken Tikka Pizza
Main Course

  • Garlic kalongi naan - I am not a big naan fan but here it was not chewy but soft and unlike Garlic naan, garlic in this was stuffed rather than over it.
  • Veg Lababdar - Mixed veg preparation with a balanced blend of spices. Vegetables were perfectly cooked and had their flavours too!
  • Paneer Sweet and Spicy - Usual preparation of red gravy with a twist of pineapple.
  • Mutton rogan josh
  • Chicken lalpari

Though I have not rated Non Veg dishes, but my fellow blogger friends were highly impressed with the Mutton based dishes.

    Biryani
  • Mutton biryani
  • Veg biryani
We were so stuffed that did not had a chance to try these awesome looking biryanis.

Desserts

Last but not the least the most awaited desserts made their way. Quite unusal, we were served with a plate which had varieties of cheeses, Christmas chutney and Blueberry cheese cake.

  • Mango Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Masala Cheese, Blueberry Cheese, Sundried Tomato Cheese- They were fresh and procured from famous ABC Farms. Each had its distinct flavour. My personal pick is Cheddar and Sundried.
  • Blueberry Cheesecake – A firm cheesecake finished with a sweet blueberry topping, this is a truly satisfying experience. It was quite exotic and had a balanced sweetness. Rich, creamy! What else can you ask for?
  • Chocolate dipped Strawberry – I loved the crunchy, melt-in-mouth shell of the chocolate and the cool, sweet strawberry from within. Wow! Not to be missed!
  • Christmas Chutney – An unexpected delectable portion from the dessert plate. A sweet chutney made with Pineapple, Strawberry and Amla. It had a very tangy sweet addictive taste. Awesome. Would love to try more!
    Wines:
  • Red wine by Sula Winery
  • White wine
  • Fruit wine – Alphonso Mango flavored by Rhythm Winery
  • Fruit wine – Strawberry flavored by Rhythm Winery
Service can be better and staff needs to be groomed more. However, they were polite and alert still there is scope of improvement.
Overall, an evening well spent.
