Fahrenheit Custom Pizza - Guiltless pizzas on your plate! - reviewed!

What a perfect thing it would be if pizza turns out to be healthy yet tasty! It is a boon for all parents with fussy kids who don't like to eat vegetables. But what if they don't get to see it? Ever thought of having sweet potato or cauliflower as base of a pizza crust? Yes, it is a new concept in Pizza world of customising the pizza as per your taste palate. Kitchen is open to witness the freshly made pizza right in front of you. Interesting part is menu mentions the calorie count with each pizza. Now one can eat them guilt-free.

Fahrenheit Custom Pizza is conceptualized by engineer trio friends- Asim, Aditi and Atul, amongst whom one of them had a health issue and suddenly the idea of eating healthy and providing healthy food to the public popped up and they came up with Fahrenheit with its first outlet of 3 storeys building in Baner.

Its not difficult to locate on the Baner-Balewadi Link Road, opp. KTM Showroom. Seating arrangement is on first, second and top floor along with outdoor seating with top still not open for public. Red colored sofas will surely catch your attention.

Currently, they are serving Pizza, Salads, Soups, Starters, Juices and Desserts.

Two types of Pizzas are there -Signature and Custom. Here is the step by step pictures of your pizza in making...:)

Signature Pizza is a 9" Healthy Crusts pizza (Rs.555) in which currently 3 crusts are available - Sweet Potato, Cauliflower and Multi grain with both veg and non-veg regular and exotic toppings like Artichokes, Basil, Onions, Pineapple, Paprika, Capers.
Tasted Blue Balance, vegetarian pizza, with Sweet Potato Crust with Asparagus, Jalapenos, Rosemary, Cherry Tomato and Olives. I should say, best in this combination. Super delectable with thin crust and best part nutrients are there intact.

Another pizza was a chicken one, Picture Perfect with cauliflower crust, tomato sauce, barbeque marinated chicken, peppers, pineapple and Jalapenos.

Custom Pizzas is available in 8" (Rs. 400 veg /450 non-veg) and 12" crust (Rs.600/650) wherein one can choose their sauce and toppings of their choice.

In Soups, we had Almond and Broccoli Soup and Minestrone Soup (Rs. 180 each). The texture of both soups was really good. Almond and Broccoli Soup was thick and creamy however, consistency could be made more thin. Taste was perfect!

Starters had Vegetable stuffed Garlic bread (Rs. 180 ). Bread loaf was fresh, stuffed with onion, cheese, tomatoes and garlic sauce. Another perfect dish of the evening!

Service was quick, however in their training phase. staff need more grooming, to which they are working on.

My Recommendations::
Blue Balance Pizza (Veg)
Stuffed Garlic Bread
Broccoli and Almond Soup

Do try at least once the guilt-free pizzas.
