Paasha is a classic, royal, comfortable, high energy restaurant offering not only lip-smacking gourmets but also spoil you with choices of collection of 50 classic cocktails. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant area is beautifully decorated with tastefully selected pieces of furnishings made of glass, woods, copper and whites.
Kulfi Falooda, the taste is still in my mouth. It is a blend of kulfi and falooda, sabza with mild flavours of rose and kevda syrup. You can feel the aroma as well as taste in first bite.
Exciting City view..
It is the place to choose for any occasion- whether meeting new people or making memories with friends or just chatting while having drinks or just to relax!
I and few other same minded people were invited for reviewing the new delicacies introduced in the menu. A table was set with flawless arrangement of cutlery and centrally placed was the boat-shaped munching bowl. It had masala cashewnuts and chips, which after having one, was addictive. We started our session with the set menu..
1. Tandoori malai phool
2. Gucchi sabz ke shammi
3. Mutter aur peethiwali aloo ki tikki
4. Lal mirch ka paneer tikka
5. Kakori kebab
6. Salmon aur dil ka tikka
7. Bhatti ka Murgh
8. Paneer lababdar
9. Dingri mutter makhana
10.Dal paasha
11.Zaffarani Murgh biryani
12.Sabz ki tahri
13.North west frontier naan ki tokri
14.Kulfi faluda
Mainly non-veg was served but they made sure that vegetarians also get to fuel their appetite. Veg Starters had Tandoori malai phool, a cauliflower preparation, of which cauliflower never suited my tastebuds. Mutter aur peethiwali aloo ki tikki was a very unusual and delectable served with red and green chutney. Could not keep my hands off it!

Lal Mirch ka paneer tikka came next with colorful combination of capsicum, tomato and paneer. Paneer was very soft and melt in mouth.
Though name Kakori Kebab, Salmon aur dil ka tikka, Bhatti ka Murgh sounded mouth-watering but they were served to fellow bloggers preferring non-veg.
Main course came up with Paneer Lababdar, Dingri Mutter Makhana, Dal paasha accompanied by North west frontier naan ki tokri. Paneer Lababdar, again a paneer balls preparation with velvety gravy. It had perfect concoction of spices-nor too spicy nor too sweet! Dingri Mutter Makhana is a very "not-too-common" dish. It is really hard to find on the menu. Dingri (mushroom) with mutter (peas) had all the elements placed well to make it a perfect main-course.
Dal Paasha, or Dal Makhani, or Maa ki Daal, is a urad dal, rajma preparation made in a very very creamy gravy. Cooked to perfection it suited our palate!
We, then, moved to open area to click some city views and look onto the other side of Paasha. Open air seating is well planned and guests enjoy it to the fullest..Dessert was waiting for us as we returned and woah...Kulfi Falooda! Again, something you don't get to eat in prestigious hotels. But Paasha leads in every way, be it food, ambience or service.

Overall, a beautiful evening with wonderful people around. Loved it! So, what are you waiting for? Book your tables now!
