I have been visiting to Magnum Opus, Bay Leaf and Lollapalooza for a long time now and always had a great experience. Amongst three restaurants, Magnum Opus is a fine dine veg and non-veg restaurant, offering world cuisines with the choice of AC or open air seating. Another is Bay Leaf, a pure vegetarian section with separate kitchen and kids' play area. Parents can sit back and relax, enjoy their meals without running around their children. Lollapalooza is the third section, a lounge with a dance floor where youths can hangout with friends and party together.
As I said in my first visit, this property is the place which caters everyone. Since weekends are lazy and people prefer to eat out, they have come up with the Saturday Buffet and Sunday Brunch and that too with its buy one get one offer. The buffet spread is huge ranging from Indian, Continental, Italian with both veg and non-veg options. I was there to have the Sunday Brunch and was instantly in love with the vibes.
Brunch is spread across Magnum Opus and Bay Leaf Bistro; with major portions set at Magnum Opus. They also have separate section for vegetarians. One can enjoy leisurely meal with the live band, live food counters and amazing variety of food. We were welcomed with delicious mocktails - Cool Berry and Pineapple Pie. I loved Cool berry because of the mild sweetness and freshness.
The menu for the Brunch is - Extensive Buffet and Chef's special menu. Starters and Chef's signatures were served on the table itself. Veg Thukpa soup from the buffet was my first choice. Nice, thick, warm noodle soup was perfect to start our brunch. From the Chef's special menu (three categories- Continental, Tandoor, Indian), we had Tandoor Anjeeri Kumbh. Mushrooms marinated generously, grilled perfectly and topped with chargrilled tomatoes was one of the my favourite dishes from the brunch. It went well with the mint-coriander chutney.
Loads of variety of salads to choose from. One of my favourite was Russian Salad, green salad and tossed salad.
From the main menu, we opted for Veg platter which had Corn Cheese Croquettes, Paneer Banjara Tikka, Veg Momos and Veg Mini Rolls. It was just food for soul. Paneer was fresh and delish, while momos were warm and scrumptious. Not to forget the Cheesy croquettes, sooo yummy.
With all that scrumptious starters, we had to skip the main course but I could not resist my temptation to try pani-puri and dosa at the live counter. You can get hot, crispy thin masala dosa made on order and by the time its getting ready, you can try your hands on the pani-puri. The tangy, spicy, mouth watering pani puri is a must have.
Desserts from the regular buffet had great choices. One can choose from fruits, pastries and indian sweets. I was literally spoilt by the varieties. Started with my favourite Daal ka Halwa, Gulabjamuns and they were as fresh and delish as homemade. Tried the pastries too; equally good.

Must say a nice place to visit and enjoy the lazy, cozy brunch with live band at a reasonable cost of just Rs.999+taxes. The best part is the rate is applicable for 1+1 meal. This is applicable to Saturday dinner buffet and Sunday brunch too.
