Steamy Affair and The M-Day 2.0: Courtyard by Marriott, Hinjawadi

For foodies like us, rains transport us predominantly to the memories of Bhajiya, Bhuttas, and anything and everything related to hot, spicy, steamy street food. This rain is no different. As the rain drops rattle on the roads, we get esurient to have warm foods to make our day complete.

To celebrate and treat your taste buds for the monsoon food delicacies, MoMo Cafe, Courtyard Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has come up with the "Steamy Affair" festival. The menu of which features some appetizing monsoon delights such as Steamed Corn and Chana, Steamed Momo, Keema pav/Pav bhaji/Bhurji pav, Tava pulav, Egg rice, Pakoda, Ragda patties, Bhutta (corn cob), 10 different types of Maggi and more.

This is not it, dose of happiness is coupled up with the M-Day. The M-Day 2.0 Making it happen! initiative is a unique way to show the brand’s quest to excel in guest service and employee satisfaction. Its a week full of activities, focused on guests, associates and others. M-Day stands for more; more in terms of guests, business closures resulting in revenues, associates and opportunities.

Coming on to the treats in monsoon, one can notice small tea cart 'Chintu Chaiwala' just at the entrance of the MoMo Cafe, then Bhurji Pav, Steaming Momos, Maggi, Corn Cob, Mix Veg Bhajiya counters can be covered along with the regular lunch buffet menu at just Rs.699 plus taxes. Best part is menu has been kept dynamic.

We started our gastronomic journey from the rich and healthy Spinach Soup which was much needed in the cool climate. I preferred Mirchi Bhaji, Palak Bhaji and Veg Momos post soup.

I couldn't ask for more. Mirchi and Palak Bhajiyas were crisp, thin layered with perfect spices. So tempting!

Corn Cob was basic butter coated and sprinkled with salt and red chilli powder. It takes you on a beach with all beautiful memories with friends, family and 'garma garam bhutta'! :)

Momos were scrumptious with finely chopped veggies enveloped in translucent coating. Non-veg option is also available. A step further, Maggi is also there, that too, in ten varieties. Hot, slurrpy maggi, friends, ambience, rainy weather, what else you need?
