I am not a sizzler loving person, but my views totally changed with my first visit to Multi Spice Veg, one of the best restaurants in Karve Nagar. Monsoon was taking bid adieu and the Sizzlers and Kebabs Festival was also going on and being a foodie how could I miss the hot kebabs in that weather. The experience that started with the Kebabs ended with the love for sizzlers. Read here, what all I gobbled that day just out of pure taste! Yumm.
Wishes are granted! That's true! Craving to eat those sizzlers again in cool winters, my wish was heard and this time Multi Spice Resto Lounge, Hinjawadi came up with the Kebabs, Sizzlers and Biryani Festival. Easily located just on the main Hinjawadi road near the HP Petrol pump, the same building as Reliance Digital. Valet Parking is available.
The entrance is a small pathway with a private dining area for parties, and big families. Moving forward left side is the bar with quotes frame adorning the wall and alcohol bottles placed neatly in the racks. Large space with sofas, projectors make it a place to cater everyone. Just sit, relax, eat, spend good times. Buffet spreads are a mix of veg and non-veg items, totally value for money!
Coming on to the Sizzlers and Kebabs, we started with Paneer Maratha Kebabs. That hot sizzling kebab platter was to die for! Loved the generous amount of marination on the paneer and other veggies which was then grilled to perfection. It was served with mint chutney and fresh onion salad. Highly recommended!
People can also opt for Paneer Shashlik Kebabs, Paneer Barbeque Platter or Lamb Chops, Golden platter, or Murgh Maratha Kebabs.
We then had Veg Thai Curry Sizzler. A tempting blend of Indian, Thai cooking serving rice, Thai curry, french fries and paneer skewers. Lovely aroma, perfect taste! Highly recommended!
Italian Sizzlers in Mushroom Sauce was again a delish preparation with penne pasta, broccoli, zucchini, capsicums, veggies, french fries, patty and garlic bread. Highly Recommended!
We had Paneer Rajwadi Biryani and Kasturi Biryani. Both had distinctive flavours. Loved Kasturi more as it had fenugreek leaves, which is my personal favourite. I wish it was served in a traditional way, in handi or something. Though, the taste was upto the mark.
There is a varied range of Sizzlers, Kebabs and Biryanis. I bet you will be spoilt by the choices, they have to offer. And my love affair with sizzlers is going stronger! :)
