Before the meal started, I had a refreshing mocktail, Midas Touch. Watermelon based drink had cucumber, mint, anise and the touch of orange. Super yum soothing drink.
I am a salad-person and the excitement is double folded when it is a fruit salad. So, I had to try the Three Melon Salad. The bowl of colors and flavours was the blessing for a summer lunch. Salad bowl had cute roundlets of Watermelon, Musk Melon and Green ones infused with lemon-mint dressing, feta, and pinenuts for the crunch. It had all the textures and the flavours were bang on! Highly Recommended!
Protein-packed Chickpeas and Quinoa Salad was good too. It had the crunch of pumpkin seeds, the tartness of orange segments, pomegranate seeds for sweetness and to top it all Tahini Vinaigrette. This salad bowl itself was enough for super substantial lunch.
Next was the Thai Style Stir Fried Lotus Root. I have tried this exotic dish at so many other places but here it was prepared quite differently. The dish had the stir-fried lotus roots, mushrooms and veggies tossed in sweet-chili sauce and nutty kung pao sauce. Spicy, sweet, tangy, nutty is what you need to complete a dish.
The Spanish dish Patatas Bravas was served next but with their own twist. Stuffed with ratatouille vegetables, mascarpone and topped with garlic sauce, delish it was. Bravas are great for tapas. The  crunch of fried potato pockets, the spice of veggies, creaminess of mascarpone..oh! this dish is a must try!
Crispy Brioche Pockets stuffed with cottage cheese and veggies topped with salsa was a super favourite too! They melted in the mouth.Cheesy Brioche was incredibly light and flaky. Recommended!
Sort of tart, the Mushroom, and Leek Puff Pastry Shells was one unique dish I tried. The golden puffs play the host to creamy sauteed mushrooms and textured leek filling. It was slightly chewy from the base but the stuffing made it up for the taste. Loved it!
Portobello Mushroom and Goat Cheese Sliders are also highly recommended. The bite-sized burger makes a delicious option for small meals in summer. Crispily fried mushroom patty placed over the bed of garlic aioli with lettuce was vanished in a couple of minutes. Wish it had more of goat cheese. Nonetheless, I will still go for it!
The meal in itself, Cottage Cheese Steak was the heap of flavours on the plate. The melange of grilled cottage cheese, ricotta with sauteed spicy vegetables and onion rings, the taste was bang on! A richness of ricotta and spicy vegetables made it super-scrumptious. Highly Recommended!
Another dish with their version of Crispy Potato Rosti and Mushroom Ragout. The crispy rosti, similar to hash browns were made in pancake sort and topped with rich, creamy mushroom ragout. I am not a big fan of mushroom but this dish was scrumptious and that Garlic Bread was to die for!
I was fully stuffed by the time and could not try these two signature recipes, having said that, I tried desserts though. Drool yourself over these photos of Slow Roasted Roma Tomatoes with Spaghetti and Thai Green Fusion Bowl. I am sure, it must be delicious too!
The rich, chocolatey, gooey, fudgy flourless Dark Chocolate Mud Cake was one of the best I had tried so far. It is hard to believe it was flour-less. One spoon of it and you just want to feel the heavenly taste. Highly Highly Recommended!
Both the Orange and Pomegranate Panna Cotta and Wildberry and Pink Peppercorn Panna Cotta were superlative. Wobbly, tasty and full of colors. Orange one was my personal favourite.
Quite simple-looking dessert, Ricotta Cheese and Chocolate Chip Filo with a mixed berry compote but the taste...OMG! Super scrumptious. Crispy, chocolatey, cheesy, juicy, fruity, smooth and light. Must have!
Overall, a summer noon well spent. Heard they are coming up with some healthy menu as well. I am super-excited. Rarely, we find a place with all the three things in place — Scrumptious food, Classy decor, Courteous staff. Do give this place a try to experience yourself the positive vibes while munching the food. And yes, it is surely worth the hype! :) Enjoy few more clicks...
