Who doesn't love a good, decadent, homemade, gooey, hassle-free Biscuit Cake? This super delicious has got crunch of nuts and sweetness of chocolate. No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake is my family's favourite.😍We make it quite often. A perfect recipe for sweet tooth craving post any meal.Though whenever I make this Biscuit Cake, it is always vanished in some time. The Chocolate Biscuit Cake can be made in advance to impress your guests. You can also try making Beetroot Cutlets or Ghughra Sandwich.
Baking can be theraupatic and if you love cookies, then you must try these Coconut Ones too. I love cooking and making dessert was not my cup of tea but after trying such recipes, I can now easily rely on my skills...Hehe! 😂
Let us begin with the recipe....
Ingredients:: (Enough for 2 people)
Any Digestive Biscuits - 200 Gms
Sugar - 75 Gms
Cocoa Powder - 25 Gms
Water - 100 Ml
Unsalted Butter - 75 Gms
Vanilla Essence - 2 or 3 Drops
Toasted and Chopped Walnuts - 100 Gms
Dark Chocolate - 100 Gms
Fresh Cream -100 Ml
- Coarsely crush the Digestive Biscuits and take out in the bowl.
- Add half of chopped walnuts in the same bowl and keep it aside.
- In a pan, add sugar and mix well.
- Add water and whisk well and then add butter.
- Boil until thick consistency. (Around 10 minutes)
- Take off the flame and add Vanilla Essence.
- Pour the warm Chocolate mixture in the crushed biscuits bowl.
- Mix and coat evenly.
- Transfer it into a Springform tin and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Chocolate Ganache:
- On a double boiler, In a bowl, add Cream, Chopped Chocolate and Butter.
- Melt and let it cool.
- Pour the Ganache over the Biscuit Mixture.
- Spread evenly and let it refrigerate for 3 hours.
- For extra richness, you can even add Chocolate Sauce.
- Decorate with the dry fruits or walnuts.
